Resetting your Taxi Butler ONE
If you’re having challenges with your device, such as network connection issues, you can try resetting your device.
1. Connect your device to power
Make sure that your device is connected to power at the top of the device and at the power outlet.
Note
If your device is already connected to power and switched on, you can go straight to Step 2.
2. Press and hold the two buttons
Press and hold the two buttons on the front of your device at the same time.
3. Disconnect your device from power
Disconnect your device from the power by fully unplugging the power cable at the top of the device. Maintain the buttons held whilst doing this.
4. Reconnect your device to power and release
Plug the power cable back into your device and release the two buttons. Your device will power up again.
